‘Irinox Home Collection’ will be at the Rotary Club of Prato’s Lunchtime Reunion to demonstrate the benefits of ‘Freddy’, the one and only blast chiller for domestic use currently available on the market.

As a follow-up to the programme:
“Foie-gras”: the speaker Dr. Francesco Procopio will give a brief talk on the history of this most delightful and appetizing of foodstuffs, for which a ‘tasting’ will be provided by the Rougie company.
Luca Federa will introduce and carry out a technical demonstration of the ‘household blast chiller’.
