Preparation time: 10 minutes

Juice of 2 lemons
160 ml of gin
400 ml of tonic water
80 ml of liquid syrup
Cut the ginger into thin slices, wash the blueberries and put both into silicone molds for ice lollies. Insert the same wood.
Mix the gin with the tonic, the lemon juice and the liquid syrup in a jug.
Put into the silicone molds and freeze in the blast chiller with the freezing function for two and a half hours.
You can also add other ingredients, such as: berries, cucumber slices, grapefruit, lime, peach, sage, watermelon ...
