Freddy Receives an Honorable Mention at the Compasso d’Oro International Award 2025

On September 5, 2025, during the EXPO in Osaka, the official ceremony of the Compasso d’Oro International Award took place within the Italy Pavilion. In this prestigious international setting, Freddy – the multifunctional blast chiller for home use by Irinox – received an Honorable Mention, an award that fills us with pride and celebrates the values of Made in Italy, the quality of the design, and the ability to combine advanced technology with functional design ✨ 

Established in 1954 by ADI – the Association for Industrial Design, the Compasso d’Oro is the most authoritative Italian design award and one of the most prestigious in the world. The theme of this edition — 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 — highlights the importance of projects that can improve everyday life. In this context, Freddy fully embodies these values: it's not just a blast chiller, but an innovation that redefines and simplifies daily living. With over 30 innovative functions – from grocery preservation to bebè function, to the cryo-beauty cycle – Freddy adapts to every lifestyle
