Proceeding

Peel the apple and pear and cut into cubes. Pour into a pan and cover with water. Cook until tender (it will take about 6 minutes). Blend everything with a blender until you get a cream and add a few drops of lemon juice.

Tips

You can cook a large quantity of fruit homogenized, mixing also different types of fruit, subdivide it into comfortable muffins moulds and use the function shock freezing of Freddy so as to have always ready in the freezer convenient single servings.
