Proceeding

Melt the chocolate in Fresco®, using the Low Temperature Cooking function. Adjust the temperature to 50\60°C and, after 10 minutes, your melted chocolate is ready.

Choose the chocolate mold you prefer and pour the melted chocolate inside. Freeze it in Fresco® and, after only 10 minutes, your chocolates will be ready! Now all you have to do is unmold your chocolates, still from frozen.

Tips

You can decide to store the chocolates for up to 15 days in the fridge, or you can wrap them in special colored wrappers and store them at room temperature for up to 7 days.
