Melt the chocolate in Fresco®, using the Low Temperature Cooking function. Adjust the temperature to 50\60°C and, after 10 minutes, your melted chocolate is ready.
Choose the chocolate mold you prefer and pour the melted chocolate inside. Freeze it in Fresco® and, after only 10 minutes, your chocolates will be ready! Now all you have to do is unmold your chocolates, still from frozen.
