Proceeding

Cut the panettone into cubes and toast them on all sides in a preheated non-stick pan. Serve the panettone with pieces of Reblochon cheese and a teaspoon of bitter orange jam.

Tips

If you have leftover panettone, you can freeze it with the blast chiller's freeze function and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months!
