Ingredients for 6 people
500 ml of Prosecco
100 ml of Aperol
200 ml of water
Pour Prosecco, Aperol, water and some mint leaves into a glass.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and insert it into the Freddy with the shock freezing function for 2 hours. When the temperature reaches to -18°C, begins to mix every 30 minutes with the tines of a fork in order to break the ice and get the structure of a slush.
If you want to prepare a larger quantity of slush and serve it in the freezer inside a bag or container and use it as you for your summer dinners or aperitifs.
