Thoroughly wash the ingredients, dry them well, and slice them to a thickness of about 3 mm, making sure the slices are uniform to ensure even drying. Arrange the slices on a rack without overlapping them. Place the rack in Freddy and select the drying function at +70°C for 8 hours, until completely dehydrated. This controlled temperature allows the moisture to be removed while preserving the flavors, colors, and essential oils.
Once fully dried, chop them coarsely or finely, depending on your desired result. Mix to your liking to create your custom blend, and store the infusion in a tightly sealed glass jar. It can be kept for up to 6 months in a dry, cool place, away from light.
