Chocolate spiders

Ingredients for 18 small spiders

  • 50 gr of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 35 gr of bitter cocoa
  • 60 gr of softened butter
  • 125 gr chopped dry biscuits
  • Chocolate pellets
  • Silver balls for sweets
  • Liquorice

Proceeding

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and, using your hands, create a homogeneous dough. Make balls as big as small truffles and pass each ball over the chocolate pellets so that they stick well around. With the silver balls create the eyes of the spiders and with the swivels of liquorice create the paws.
Place the truffles on a plate covered with oven paper and quickly freeze them in the pre-cooled Freddy for 40 minutes. Store them in the freezer inside a plastic container a food bag and pull out the desired amount 15 minutes before consumption.

Tips

Once frozen, you can store chocolate spiders in the freezer for up to 6 months.
