Peel the mango, remove the core inside and cut it into pieces. Cut the pineapple pulp into pieces and squeeze the grapefruit with a juicer to obtain the juice. Blend everything adding the low-fat yogurt, until you get a creamy puree. Pour into a glass and serve with the addition of two ice cubes.

Peel the banana and cut it into slices, wash the apple well, cut it into wedges and remove the core, wash the celery and cut it into pieces. Wash the spinach. Blend everything by adding the milk a little at a time, until obtaining a creamy puree. Finish with the flax seeds. Pour into a glass and serve with the addition of two ice cubes.
