Strawberry ice cream

Slice the fresh strawberries and place them in the Freddy, then freeze them using the cold freezing function. Once frozen (about 1 hour), blend them with the sugar on medium speed until the mixture is smooth. Then add the cream and blend again. In just a few moments, you’ll have creamy ice cream, ready to enjoy, made with just three ingredients!

You can choose to enjoy your ice cream right away or, thanks to Freddy, keep it at the perfect temperature so you can serve it even a few hours later. Alternatively, you can divide it into individual portions, freeze them, and store them in the freezer for months: it will still be perfectly creamy, just like it was when you first made it!
