Ingredients for 6 glasses
250 gr of strawberries
500 ml of prosecco
100 ml of Campari
200 ml of water
Mint
PREPARATION
Blend the fresh strawberries with the water and the Campari.
PREPARE THE SLUSH
Pour the mixture into an open container and freeze in Freddy pre-cooled for 2 hours, stirring and degreasing every 30 minutes with a fork to obtain a slush.
SERVE
Pour the Prosecco in the glasses and add a few tablespoons of granite. Decorate with some mint leaves.
SUGGESTION
The slush can be stored comfortably in your freezer inside a bag or container to use it as you for your summer dinners or aperitifs.
