MELON, FETA AND WATERMELON TARTARE

Ingredients for 4 people

Half melon

Half a slice of watermelon

150 gr of Greek feta

Fresh mint

1 lemon

Extra virgin olive oil

Pepper

FRUIT PREPARATION

Peel the melon and watermelon and remove the seeds, cut into slices and then into small cubes, about 1 cm thick.

FETA PREPARATION

Cut the feta into cubes and season with a little olive oil and a pinch of pepper.

SEASONING

Season the melon with the grated lemon zest.

PLATING

With the help of a pastry ring make the tartare: put under the melon cubes, in the middle the feta cubes and finish with the watermelon cubes. Decorate with some fresh mint leaves.

COOLING

Cool the tartare quickly in Freddy with the function of blast chilling for 20 minutes and serve.

Suggerimenti

You can prepare the tartare well in advance and store them in Freddy with the function of customised preservation by setting a temperature of 2ºC so as to serve them at the time of need nice fresh.
