Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Delicate freezing time: 50 minutes (slices of about 2 cm of thick)
Ingredients for one plumcake
140 gr of melted salted butter
100 gr of sugar
2 bananas
2 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons pecan nuts
1 egg
200 gr of flour
1 packet of yeast
COMBINE EGG AND SUGAR
In a bowl beat the egg with the sugar until you get a cream.
ADD THE OTHER INGREDIENTS
Continue to beat, add melted butter, flour and baking powder. Mix well, pour the honey and, subsequently, also the crushed bananas with a fork. Add pecans and pour the mixture into a loaf cake pan covered with oven paper.
PLACE IN THE OVEN
Cook in the preheated oven to 180ºC for 25 minutes, then cover the mould with aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
