In a bowl beat the egg with the sugar until you get a cream. Continue to beat, add melted butter, flour and baking powder. Mix well, pour the honey and, subsequently, also the crushed bananas with a fork.
Add pecans and pour the mixture into a loaf cake pan covered with oven paper. Cook in the preheated oven to 180ºC for 25 minutes, then cover the mould with aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
