6 pears
40 gr of sugar
40 gr of butter
1 lemon
For the crumble
110 gr of butter
110 gr of flour
100 gr of cane sugar
60 gr rolled oats
2 tablespoons of milk
80 gr of walnuts
100 gr of dark chocolate
PREPARATION PHASE OF PEARS
Peel the pears, remove the core, cut into 8 segments each and sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt the butter in the pan, add the sugar and stir for a minute. Add the pears and cook for about 8 minutes until they caramelize. Then transfer them in a round cake tin 26 cm in diameter.
PHASE OF CRUMBLE PREPARATION
Break the nuts and roughly chop the chocolate. Add the butter in cubes to the flour and mix with your fingertips until you get a crumbled mixture. Add brown sugar, oatmeal, milk and stir. Then add walnuts and chocolate.
PHASE OF SWEET PREPARATION
Distribute the mixture over the pears and bake in the preheated oven at 180ºC for about forty minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
You can prepare many single servings of crumble and freeze them with the function of shock freezing of Freddy so that you always have a dessert handy in the freezer. If necessary, all you have to do is regenerate the necessary amount of crumble in the preheated oven.
