Ingredients for 8 people:

500 ml partially skimmed milk

Lactic ferments or 125 ml of natural yogurt

Maple syrup

80 gr of raspberries

80 gr of blackberries

80 gr of blueberries

MILK PREPARATION

Heat the milk to 40°C, add the starter (ferments in sachet or 1 jar of yogurt).

CUSTOMISED PRESERVATION

Then pour everything into a carafe or small jars and leave to rest for 6 hours in the pre-heated Freddy® to 42°C with the customised preservation function.

BLAST CHILLING

After this time, quickly cool the yogurt obtained with the function of blast chilling. Serve the yogurt with a spoonful of maple syrup and a mix of wild berries.
