Proceeding

Heat the milk to 40°C, add the starter (ferments in sachet or 1 jar of yogurt).

Then pour everything into a carafe or small jars and leave to rest for 6 hours in the pre-heated Freddy to 42°C with the customised preservation function. After this time, quickly cool the yogurt obtained with the function of blast chilling

Tips

Serve the yogurt with a spoonful of maple syrup and a mix of wild berries.
