Ingredients for 4 people
2 avocados
200 gr of Greek feta
2 lime
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
STEP 1
Peel the avocado, cut into cubes and sprinkle with a few drops lime juice.
STEP 2
Cut the limes into wedges and grill them in a boiling pan a couple minutes per side.
STEP 3
Cut the feta into cubes.
STEP 4
Mix all the ingredients together, season with a drizzle of oil and a grated pepper and cool it quickly in the blast chiller for 15 minutes in order to consume it cold and to avoid the oxidation of avocado.
