Proceeding

Peel the avocado, cut into cubes and sprinkle with a few drops lime juice. Cut the limes into wedges and grill them in a boiling pan a couple minutes per side. Cut the feta into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients together, season with a drizzle of oil and a grated pepper and cool it quickly in the blast chiller for 15 minutes in order to consume it cold and to avoid the oxidation of avocado.

Tips

Once cooled, you can store the avocado, feta and grilled lime salad in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
