Ingredients for 18 small spiders
50 gr of sugar
35 gr of bitter cocoa
60 gr of softened butter
125 gr chopped dry biscuits
Silver balls for sweets
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and, using your hands, create a homogeneous dough.
Make balls as big as small truffles and pass each ball over the chocolate pellets so that they stick well around. With the silver balls create the eyes of the spiders and with the swivels of liquorice create the paws.
FREEZING AND STORAGE
Place the truffles on a plate covered with oven paper and quickly deep-freeze them in the pre-cooled Freddy for 40 minutes. Store them in the freezer inside a plastic container a food bag and pull out the desired amount 15 minutes before consumption.
