Ingredients for 2 people
200 ml of vodka
150 ml of juice lime
50 ml of cane sugar syru
4 cm fresh ginger root
100 ml of water
Fill the ice moulds with water and put them in the pre-cooled Freddy with the function of shock freezing. Ice will form in no time.
Peel the ginger root and chop in the mixer. In a shaker pour 6 ice cubes, vodka, lemon juice, cane sugar syrup and chopped ginger. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into two cocktail glasses.
Thanks to the shock freezing function of Freddy, you can create ice cubes in a short time. If you prefer the cocktail not too cold, instead of putting the ice, shake it in the shaker and then cool it quickly in Freddy with the blast chilling function.
