SMOOTHIE RED! 6 strawberries, 2 tablespoons of raspberries, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 boiled red beetroot, 1/2 organic orange juice, 1 cm of ginger root, 2 glasses of partially skimmed or vegetable milk.
SMOOTHIE YELLOW! 300 gr of pineapple pulp, 1 mango, 1 grapefruit, 125 g of low-fat or vegetable white yogurt.
SMOOTHIE GREEN! 60gr of fresh spinach, 1 banana, 1 green apple, 1 celery stalk, 1 glass of partially skimmed or vegetable milk, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds.

Procedimento

RED! The antioxidant

Wash all the ingredients and cut the cherry tomatoes, strawberries and beetroot into pieces. Peel the ginger root. Blend everything by adding the milk a little at a time, until obtaining a creamy puree. Pour into a glass and serve with the addition of two ice cubes.

YELLOW! THE DRAINING SMOOTHIE

Peel the mango, remove the core inside and cut it into pieces. Cut the pineapple pulp into pieces and squeeze the grapefruit with a juicer to obtain the juice. Blend everything adding the low-fat yogurt, until you get a creamy puree. Pour into a glass and serve with the addition of two ice cubes.

GREEN! A FULL OF VITAMINS

Peel the banana and cut it into slices, wash the apple well, cut it into wedges and remove the core, wash the celery and cut it into pieces. Wash the spinach. Blend everything by adding the milk a little at a time, until obtaining a creamy puree. Finish with the flax seeds. Pour into a glass and serve with the addition of two ice cubes.
