300 g of fresh salmon fillet

1 avocado

1 tablespoon of macadamia nuts

1 red pepper

5 radishes

1 lemon

Sesame seeds

Sweet soy sauce

1 cm of ginger root

1 spring onion (or chives)

Remove the skin and any spines from the salmon, wash it with cold water, dry it well and freeze it with the quick freezing function of Freddy®. At the end, keep it in the freezer for at least 24 hours. In this way the salmon will be free from any parasite and can be consumed in total safety.

Thaw the salmon with the Freddy® defrost function at 8°C for about 2 hours.

Cut it into cubes of about 2 cm thick, season it with oil, salt, pepper, grated ginger root, sesame seeds, a few drops of soy sauce and the greener part of the onion cut into thin slices (alternatively it is can use fresh chopped chives).

Mix well and leave to marinate for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Cut the radishes into thin slices, the red pepper into thin strips and the avocado into cubes about 2 cm thick. Wet the avocado with the juice of half a lemon so that it does not oxidize.

After marinating, add the vegetables, avocado, macadamia nuts to the salmon and serve.
