Preparation time: 10 minutes
160 ml of vodka
8 lime
2 pomegranates
40 ml of sugar syrup
Fresh thyme
For the non-alcoholic version:
3 pomegranates
300 ml of tonic water
Cane sugar
1 lime
Fresh thyme
Cut the pomegranate in half and extract the grains.
Squeeze the seeds with a potato masher or a vegetable mill to obtain the juice.
Pour into a shaker the sugar syrup and the juice of 7 limes, fill with ice and add the vodka, then shake for about 1 minute.
Mix well and serve.
For the non-alcoholic version: cut the pomegranate in half and extract the grains.
Squeeze the seeds with a potato masher or a vegetable mill to obtain the juice.
Pour it into a shaker with ice, lime juice, tonic water and brown sugar.
Shake for about 1 minute and pour into 4 glasses.
Decorate with a few sprigs of fresh thyme and serve.
