POPSICLE

Ingredients for 4 popsicles

100/150 gr of fresh fruit

100 gr of water

½ lemon juice

40 gr of sugar

Procedimento

PREPARATION

In a small saucepan, heat the water and add the sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar has melted. Turn off and put the pan in the Freddy pre-cooled.

MIX THE FRUIT

Indulge yourself with the flavours and blend the fruit you most (such as strawberries and raspberries), until you get a creamy texture.

MIX THE INGREDIENTS

Add water and sugar to the fruit puree and add the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything and filter the mixture with a strainer tight mesh. Removing the foam with a spoon.

FILL IN THE MOULDS

Fill the popsicle moulds, joining in each some piece of whole fruit.

SHOCK FREEZING

Freeze the moulds in the Freddy with the function of shock freezing and in a little more than an hour you will have fresh popsicles ready to be consumed or stored in the freezer for months.

ADVICE

If you want to make lemon or orange popsicles you need 150gr of juice.
