Ingredients for 20 sandwiches:
20 milk sandwiches
20 gr of bresaola
500 gr cooked ham
200 gr of Philadelphia
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Wash the courgettes, trim them and cut into thin slices lengthwise. Lay them on a baking tray, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, a drizzle of oil, a few sprigs of fresh marjoram and cook in the oven preheated to 180ºC for about twenty minutes.
Once cooked, cool them in Freddy® with the function of blast chilling for about fifteen minutes.
STUFF THE SANDWICHES
In the meantime, cut the milk rolls in half and fill 10 with Philadelphia and cooked ham and 10 with cooked courgettes and bresaola.
Close each sandwich with a toothpick and freeze them, so stuffed, in the pre-hastened Freddy® with the function of shock freezing.
