Wash the courgettes, trim them and cut into thin slices lengthwise. Lay them on a baking tray, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, a drizzle of oil, a few sprigs of fresh marjoram and cook in the oven preheated to 180ºC for about twenty minutes.
Once cooked, cool them in Freddy with the function of blast chilling for about fifteen minutes.In the meantime, cut the milk rolls in half and fill 10 with Philadelphia and cooked ham and 10 with cooked courgettes and bresaola.
