  • 20 milk sandwiches
  • 20 gr of bresaola
  • 5 courgettes
  • 500 gr cooked ham
  • 200 gr of Philadelphia
  • Marjoram
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Proceeding

Wash the courgettes, trim them and cut into thin slices lengthwise. Lay them on a baking tray, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, a drizzle of oil, a few sprigs of fresh marjoram and cook in the oven preheated to 180ºC for about twenty minutes.

Once cooked, cool them in Freddy with the function of blast chilling for about fifteen minutes.In the meantime, cut the milk rolls in half and fill 10 with Philadelphia and cooked ham and 10 with cooked courgettes and bresaola. 

Tips

Close each sandwich with a toothpick and freeze them, thus stuffed, in the pre-cooled Freddy with the quick freeze function.
