  • 2 eggs
  • 75 gr of bitter cocoa
  • 125 gr of softened butter
  • 250 gr of dry biscuits
  • A dash of rum
  • Coloured sugar pellets
  • Chopped hazelnuts

Step 1: Dough preparation
Mix all the ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous dough and form small balls.
Step 2: Decoration
Cover half with the coloured sugar pellets and half with the grain of hazelnuts.
Step 3: Blast chilling
Cool them quickly in Freddy for about 45 minutes before consuming them.

Tips

You can prepare a large quantity of mini truffles and freeze them with the shock freezing function of Freddy, so that you have in the freezer a dessert always available. If necessary, all you have to do is pull out the mini truffles you want and wait 15-20 minutes.
