Ingredients for 4 people
1 baby watermelon
200 gr of Greek feta
200 gr of red cherry tomatoes
200 gr of yellow cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Taggiasche olives
1 spring onion
Fresh mint
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
STEP 1
Cut the watermelon into slices about 2 cm thick.
STEP 2
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and season with oil, salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Cut the feta into cubes and slice the spring onion thinly.
STEP 4
Divide all ingredients above 4 slices of watermelon, add Taggiasche olives and decorate with some leaves mint.
STEP 5
Cool the watermelon pizzas in the blast chiller quickly so as to consume them cold.
